Click here to see schedule and poster A library service right in the community… All community members and people of all ages are welcome at Check It Out! We bring books and magazines for all ages – babies, young children, youth and teens, and adults. People can sign up for their FREE Winnipeg Public Library card on the spot. Books can be returned to any Winnipeg Public Library building or at Check It Out! the next time we visit. People are responsible for keeping the books they borrow safe, but there are NO LATE FEES charged for anything borrowed at Check It Out! And more than a library, a FREE, DROP-IN program too…activities and games and a snack for children and youth of all ages with the support of Frontier College. Attention daycares or any other large groups: if you know you will be bringing your group to visit Check It Out!, please contact Outreach Services Librarian Monique Woroniak as soon as possible ahead of time. Library card sign-ups for a large group require us to do some preparation…we also want to be sure we have extra supplies on hand to have fun with your kids!
