Resources for Tenants

Are you struggling with rental issues? If so, you can get help from the North End TLC program!

The North End Tenant-Landlord Co-operation (TLC) program offers tenants and landlords access to workshops to inform them on rental issues and help when things go wrong. Call for advice on your rights, help filing claims and preparing for hearings with the RTB (Residential Tenancies Branch)

Please contact TLC Coordinator, Darrell Stavem, for more information on how the TLC program can benefit you.

Phone:  927-2334

Email:  TLC@necrc.org

This sign on a rental property indicates that the property has been inspected by the TLC and certified as meeting TLC standards.
