WHAT TO DO ABOUT A PERSON LYING ON THE STREET?
If you are near the person, call out to determine if they are conscious. If they don't respond, or you are not near the person – phone 911 and explain the situation. Streets are not for sleeping....
CROSSWALKS
-Remember to press the button on the crosswalk.....There have been complaints about the Jarvis and Main Crosswalk from drivers who can't always stop when they are not given proper warning.
